Bruce Bowersox, Owner
Bruce Bowersox has spent more than 21 years in the HVAC industry building a company rooted in hard work, integrity and hands-on experience. What began as one man working out of a garage has grown into a trusted local name across the Suncoast.
Bruce spent most of his career as an installer, learning the trade from the ground up. Those years in the field shaped his technical knowledge and his leadership style. He understands the work because he has done it, inside real homes, under real conditions.
Today, Bruce continues to lead with the same values he started with. Honest work. Respect for people. Pride in craftsmanship. Those principles still guide the company as it grows, without losing sight of where it came from.
Armando Diaz, General Manager
Armando Diaz brings more than 20 years of HVAC experience to Bowersox Air Conditioning & Heating. His career spans nearly every role in the industry, including maintenance, installation, service technician, field supervisor, install manager, operations manager and general manager. That hands-on background gives him a true understanding of both the work and the people behind it.
As a leader, Armando believes great service starts with well trained teams who feel supported and accountable. He values honesty, craftsmanship and doing the job right the first time.
